Like so many others before me, I am utterly obsessed with all things pumpkin.
I’m strict about my seasons though — pumpkin is only a fall food.
Once winter starts to creep in, it’s all about the peppermint mocha.
So, while pumpkin season is still in full swing, now is the time to EAT (and drink) ALL THE THINGS. There are more delicious vegan pumpkin-flavored foods than ever, so I’m all about grabbing the goodies while I still can.

Oh pumpkin cider, how I adore you! This is the ultimate autumn adult beverage. It’s not always easy to find, but it’s worth the search. I picked up a six-pack at Whole Foods, but other well-stocked wine and liquor stores are likely to have ’em. If you like pumpkin and you like a nice, cold cocktail — this is your jam.
This sweet, creamy dessert is everything you love in a cheesecake — plus pumpkin perfection. It’s non-dairy, but no one will miss the cow’s milk; this tastes just like the traditional treat. It’s only available for a limited time, so scoop one up before the season’s over! It’s perfect for serving to your Thanksgiving guests.
