It’s official, The Herbivorous Butcher is coming to 507 1st Ave NE in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this September.

Brother and sister duo Aubry and Kale Walch blew up Kickstarter late last year with their innovative concept: a meat-free butcher shop. The two raised more than $61,000 to bring their dream to fruition.

The Walches made the announcement yesterday that they’d found an official location for the hotly-anticipated storefront, which will sell a myriad of vegan products.

The small batch meat-makers will be making all kinds of goodies using local, animal-free ingredients. The two have been working for years to perfect their recipes, and have already been serving their unique eats at pop-ups, events and farmer’s markets in various locales.

“We’re going to have so much food going out these doors! Deli bologna, smokey house ribs, jerky, Italian sausage,” describes Aubry in the announcement video.
